Privacy Policy

• Account details — email address, or the Google, WhatsApp or Telegram identity you sign in with.
• Saved cards — only the card name you select from our catalog. We never ask for or store card numbers, CVV or expiry dates.
• Traveller feedback — the lounge, entry outcome, comments and any photos you choose to upload.
• Purchases — lounge, terminal, travel date, passenger names and payment reference when you buy lounge access.

To show which lounges your card may unlock, deliver purchased access codes on WhatsApp or Telegram, display community success rates, prevent misuse, and provide support.

Payments are handled by our payment partners. Card and UPI credentials are entered on the payment provider’s surface and are never stored by BuyLounges.

We share only what is required to complete a purchase (for example the lounge provider and payment processor). We do not sell personal data.

You can edit or delete your feedback, remove saved cards, disconnect WhatsApp or Telegram, and request account deletion by contacting us. Deletion removes personal identifiers; anonymised lounge success statistics may remain.
