BuyLounges provides lounge information, credit card eligibility guidance and paid lounge access. By using the site you agree to these terms and to using the service lawfully and for your own travel.

Card benefit data is compiled from public issuer information and traveller reports. It is guidance, not a guarantee. Issuers change benefits, visit limits and spend criteria without notice, and final admission is always decided by the lounge operator.

A purchased pass covers a single visit for the passengers named at checkout, at the lounge and terminal shown. Entry still requires a valid same-day boarding pass and compliance with the lounge’s own rules on capacity, dress code and duration.

If a verified access code fails at the desk, report it from your purchase in My Lounges. Confirmed failures are refunded or re-issued. Missed visits caused by late arrival, lounge capacity or an invalid boarding pass are not refundable.

You keep ownership of the feedback and photos you submit, and grant BuyLounges a licence to display them. Do not post other people’s personal data, boarding pass barcodes or misleading claims. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

BuyLounges is not the lounge operator. Our liability for any single booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
